We will also accept Certified Checks and Bank Checks. Personal checks, money orders, and or cashiers checks are Not accepted.

All payments must be received and cleared by the issuing financial institution(s) before any purchased items are shipped.

The only way an animal can be placed on hold is if a deposit has been made.

The agreed price of the animal will determine the required deposit.

Generally, required deposit will be: 25% of the purchase price, or a minimum of $100.00.

To complete the sale, full payment must be received within one week from the date of deposit.

At the time your sale is finalized and your animal can not be shipped due to climate and/or adverse weather conditions you must contact Eastern Arboreal directly and set up an agreed upon shipping date. Such agreement will be confirmed in writing to the Purchaser.

Upon approval by Eastern Arboreals, a payment plan may be established for all orders over $1,000.00. All items purchased will be shipped only when full payment has been received by Eastern Arboreals.

When you place your order, you will be sent a confirming email stating that your payment has been received.

You must contact Eastern Arboreals and confirm a convenient time and date to ship the animal(s). Items purchased will not be shipped until such verification is provided by the purchaser.

Shipping must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. To schedule shipping all animals must be paid for in full.

Delivery will generally be made to the home or work address you specify by 10:30am.

Shipping always entails some degree of risk and places stress on the animals, and not a procedure to be undertaken casually.

Eastern Arboreals does not ship in temperatures below 40 or temperatures above 85.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to check their local forecast before scheduling a shipment.

There is also a one week health guarantee of the animal(s). Should you notice any decline in the animal’s health, Eastern Arboreals should be contacted immediately. We will make every effort to assist you with the proper care of your animals.

If the animal has arrived expired, you must contact Eastern Arboreals within 6 hours. You must provide photographs of the expired animal and ship the animal, next day delivery, at your own expense to : Eastern Arboreals - address will be provided with purchase.

For expired animals subject to the above Live Arrival Guarantee, Eastern Arboreals will provide, at the purchaser’s discretion, a refund, store credit or replacement animal.

If we do not hear from you it is assumed that your animal has arrived in good condition.
